Holistic health is so much more than being free of aches and pains. It includes our mental, emotional and spiritual health. It allows us to embrace our calling and let go of worry. It is confidence to know that the world will there for the next generation. Holistic health starts with the individual and spreads to the community.

But I didn’t always think this way!   

I started out thinking that health was a trip to the doctor and a pill for whatever ails me. But always nature has been calling (primarily through the plants) letting me know that there is another way.

And that’s exactly what Esoteric Herbalism is all about.

Through embracing a life of health, beauty and connection we spread truly life giving, life changing health to our community and the world (including the enviornment)! It all starts with a few small steps and then we build on them.
