Method
- Core and thinly slice the apples. Do not peel.
- Place the apples in a large crockpot
- Cook on low overnight.
- In the morning, use a slotted spoon and scoop out the apples into a blender. Blend on high.
- If you would like, place in sterilized pint jars. Use new 2 part lids. Process in steam or hot water bath for 20 minutes.
